It does not require the insurance to cover pre-existing, which it will never do. So after you buy the insurance, you still have no coverage (just like Medicare)!    Who am I? I was an investigator for 1 of the 9/11 law firms on the trillion class action vs the Bin Ladens and Saudis, that US Supreme Court opined had no standing to sue the official 9/11 terrorists.
