My name is Norman Gregory Fernandez, Esq. I am a California personal injury trial attorney, lifelong motorcycle rider, Air Force veteran, and the founder of InjuredBikers.com and The Law Office of Norman Gregory Fernandez & Associates.

I am also the creator of Biker Law Blog, one of the longest-running motorcycle injury and motorcycle safety blogs on the internet. Through this blog, I share my experiences as both a motorcycle rider and an attorney representing injured motorcyclists and injury victims throughout California.

For nearly 30 years, I have dedicated my legal career to helping injured people and their families recover compensation after serious accidents. During that time, I have successfully handled thousands of personal injury cases involving motorcycle accidents, automobile accidents, truck accidents, pedestrian accidents, slip and falls, dog bites, wrongful death claims, premises liability cases, and other serious injury matters throughout California.

Unlike many attorneys who advertise to motorcyclists, I am a rider myself. I understand firsthand the unique dangers motorcycle riders face because I have spent decades riding motorcycles throughout California and across the United States. My friends and clients often refer to me as “The Biker Lawyer” because I combine real-world riding experience with extensive trial and litigation experience.

I earned my undergraduate degree in Business Administration from National University and later obtained my Juris Doctor degree from the University of La Verne College of Law.

Motorcycling has been a major part of my life for decades. I have logged countless miles riding throughout California and across America. Because I ride, I understand the challenges riders face every day—from inattentive drivers and dangerous road conditions to insurance companies that often try to blame riders for accidents they did not cause.
