I have recently received many comments in private e-mails regarding the sometimes controversial articles I’ve written in this Blog. I feel that many of the comments and e-mails are so good that they could be put into separate articles altogether.
There are many experienced and knowledgeable bikers and motorcyclists out there that can offer extremely valuable information that would be helpful to the motorcycle community as a whole.
With that being said I am hereby putting out an open invitation to anyone who has information or knowledge that would be valuable to the readers of this Blog and the motorcycle community as a whole to submit an article or articles for inclusion in the Blog.
For instance, if you would like to write an article about motorcycle safety, submit your article for inclusion in the Blog. If you would like to submit an article regarding a recent ride that you have taken, submit your article for inclusion in the Blog. If you would like to submit an article about biker’s rights, submit your article for inclusion in the Blog. The same goes for other attorneys who would like to submit articles regarding personal injury, biker’s rights, and motorcycle laws.
The bottom line is this, although I created this Blog, it has obviously grown beyond me. With the input that I am getting, I am quite positive that there are many knowledgeable persons out there that could write some excellent articles that would be helpful to all the people who read this Blog and the motorcycle community.
To submit an article for inclusion in the Blog simply shoot me an e-mail to law@norman-law.com , it’s a simple as that. To submit articles to the Blog you must also be a registered user of the Blog. You can register by clicking the register button on the right hand column or by clicking here now.
If the article that you submit is appropriate for this Blog it will be posted on the Blog, and the author of the article will receive full credit on the Blog. You will then be referred to as a guest author, and full copyrights will be given to your article on the Blog.
The only condition with respect to articles that you submit for inclusion in the Blog is that you write the article yourself. I will absolutely not allow any plagiarism on this Blog. You may write an article that references another article or website; however you must give that other article or website credits in your article. That is the appropriate thing to do.
For those of you who want to submit articles on an ongoing basis, I may consider giving you your own Blog within the site, with full rights to submit articles directly into the system. Obviously, this is unheard of for this type of Blog. However, articles related to motorcycle safety and biker’s rights are so near and dear to my heart, and so important to the motorcycle community in general, that I am willing to make this offer.
So there it is; who of you out there is willing to share your knowledge and information to the rest of the world.
Thank you,
Norman Gregory Fernandez, ESQ.
Bikerdude, you got me sued for $150,000! Sort of. A threatening letter from a CTV station, that broadcast my TV show versus robocops from Australia robbing USA, quoting your legal tips on how to win those cases, by just throwing the tickets in the trash. That’s the media mafia for ya. You can watch my TV show on Google by clicking the link, or searching “How to Kill Robocops”.
Hey I have never advised anyone to throw out a ticket! Matter of fact I don’t ever give legal advice on the Blog, I write my opinions as an educational resource only. Take a look at the disclaimer on the right sidebar!
If you want to submit an article to the Blog, send it to me and I will post it!
Norm.
