**** 4/28/10 UPDATE – Sandra Bullock has filed for divorce. What would you do if you found out your spouse was sleeping with multiple partners?

At least three women have come forward claiming to have had an affair with Sandra Bullock’s husband Jesse James, and a fourth is said to be considering her options.
Attorney Gloria Allred says she’s representing the fourth mistress — “a beautiful model and business woman” who says she “had an intimate 3 year relationship” with James.
That relationship reportedly ended just weeks ago.
“He pursued her and he had strong feelings for her,” Allred said in a statement.
According to Allred, “She is in the process of trying to decide if she will come forward.”
Allred added that the woman has “hundreds” of texts, e-mails and photos to back up her story.
Tattoo model Michelle “Bombshell” McGee was the first woman to come forward alleging an affair with James.
Us Weekly reports that James, 40, would regularly post Internet ads looking for “hot, tattooed biker chicks with big boobs,” and then invite the girls back to his West Coast Choppers bike shop in Long Beach.
James’ infidelity has been an openly-known secret among employees at the bike shop, the magazine says, adding that James “gets bored” when Bullock is away.
A second woman, stripper Melissa Smith, has claimed she had a two-year affair with the celebrity biker starting in 2006.
Like McGee, Smith is heavily tattooed.
Smith has said that after she traveled to California to meet James, they began a sexual relationship that continued for two years.
A former high-level, female executive with the bike shop also settled a sexual harassment claim against James and West Coast Choppers for $725,000 in 2007, while he was married to Bullock, TMZ is reporting.
Gloria Allred, whose firm represented Deann McClung, is refusing to comment on the allegations.
McClung, who kept several suggestive emails, said that between 2006 and 2007, James repeatedly made sexual advances, which allegedly included sexual acts, the site reported.
TMZ reported that McClung also claims she kept a T-shirt with evidence of a sexual encounter with James.
McClung eventually quit and filed a sexual harassment lawsuit.
In the settlement documents, James reportedly neither admitted nor denied the allegations.
James apologized for using “poor judgment” and asked his family to forgive him following revelations by McGee that the two had a year-long affair while Bullock was away filming “The Blind Side.”
McGee claims to have the sexy text messages to back up her claims.
According to the NY Daily News, the text are now in the hands of In Touch Weekly.
Some of them are dated as recently as March 14 – just days after Bullock won her Best Actress Oscar with her proud husband by her side.
In his statement, James, a custom motorcycle manufacturer and reality TV star, took responsibility for his actions but stopped short of admitting that he had an affair with McGee.
“It’s because of my poor judgment that I deserve everything bad that is coming my way,” James said in a statement to People.
“This has caused my wife and kids pain and embarrassment beyond comprehension and I am extremely saddened to have brought this on them. I am truly very sorry for the grief I have caused them. I hope one day they can find it in their hearts to forgive me.”
The apology came one day after Bullock abruptly dropped out of the London premiere of her film “The Blind Side,” due to “unforeseen personal reasons.”
Warner Brothers released the following statement from the Academy Award winning actress:
“Due to unforeseen personal reasons a trip abroad to support “The Blind Side” has been deemed impossible at this time. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your continued support of the film.”
Bullock has reportedly moved out of the home she shared with James.
A representative for the actress denied reports that both she and James have been shopping around for divorce lawyers.
I have coined a new phrase; “Tiger Woods Syndrome.” This is the first time you will see this phrase used anywhere. I define Tiger Woods Syndrome as: a famous or rich man who can have sex with as many women as they want simply because they are rich or famous, and then go ahead and have sex with many women because they are rich and famous.
I am quite positive that many rich and famous men throughout history have had Tiger Woods syndrome way before Tiger Woods existed, going back to the beginning of time.
I am not going to discuss the reasons why women would sleep with a married rich and famous man, simply because they can, or there ulterior reasons for doing so. Maybe one of you can coin a term for this behavior or syndrome?
I for the life of me cannot understand marrying someone, and then sleeping with every gal in town. Why get married if you are going to do that? If you cannot keep your pecker in your pants it might be better to not get married, right?
Look nothing has been proven either way here with respect to Jesse James, but his press release stating that “It’s because of my poor judgment that I deserve everything bad that is coming my way,” that I would tend to think that he did what is being alleged.
Too bad for him; he came from the streets, built a great business up on his own, had a rich and famous movie star actress, probably one of the most popular actresses in Hollywood fall for him, trust him, build him up to the world, and then bam screw it up with each unzip of his zipper. This could be one of the biggest screw-ups of all time, just for a piece of tail.
With respect to Sandra Bullock, I feel sorry for her. She seems publically on the up and up. She gave a guy like Jesse James a chance even though should could have had any man she wanted. She stood by him during public interviews, and apparently during his custody battle with a porn star ex. She stated to the press that “he had my back.” Well it looks like he had other gal’s backs as well.
I hope Sandra Bullock does not have a negative image of bikers just because of this incident; not all of us have the Tiger Woods Syndrome!
Every biker I know envied Jesse for scoring Sandra Bullock, now we will see what happens.
Let this be a lesson for all of you married men out there. Keep you pecker in your pants!

A screw up indeed. It is right up there with Pernell Roberts walking out on “Bonanza”. I too hope that Sandy does not think “all” bikers are like Jessie. For the most part, bikers have compassion and are honorable. Bikers are also the first to gather to aid a cause or person in need. I am so sorry that this happened to Sandy . Sandy has had a clean life by Hollywood standards and not tabloid cover material. Again, shame on Jessie. I wonder what Jessie’s daughter Sunny must be thinking right now about her dad??? This had to be a difficult thing to explain to his sweet little 7 year old daughter. Yes, if you want to be married keep your pecker in your pants. Mistress #3 has stated that Jessie was not “hot” in bed or any good for that matter. You know Jessie must be wishing he kept his pecker in his pants by now. Whatever gratification he got must be forgotten by now.

Tiger Woods Syndrome is excellent. It is indeed a great phrase because “everyone” knows exactly what you are saying!! You out did yourself, yet again. This is just a sad situation. I love Sandra Bullock. As a woman I feel her pain. I hate to make light because of little Sunny whom Sandra treated and loved like she gave birth to her. I wonder what this 7 year old girl must be thinking. It just is sad to see a family fall apart…anybodies family. Jessie needs to be tarred and feathered in the County Square!! Those are some “nasty” and “frightful” looking women!! One would think a man would be afraid of something that looks like Mistress #1!!! Scary looking!!!!! Again, I agree with you. There are bad diseases out there….you can die. It sure isn’t like back in the 60’s…the days of free love!! Poor Sandra went to leave her Hollywood home and assistants had to go hold up a tarp so the photogs could not take her picture. I feel so badly for her. Oh my goodness! TMZ has reported that Jessie Has checked into Rehab at AZ…is it for drugs,,,NO! Is it for booze,,,,NO! Is it for……….Yes..Tiger Woods Syndrome! Is this what men do now, when they can’t keep their britches zipped up??
She may forgive but this smart lady will cutting hers losses and move on. It wasn’t her fault Jessie is a “cad” and suffers from tiger Woods Syndrome!!! We have all had some bad judgment when “love” is in our hearts. This has been the most disappointing and unexpected of the cheaters club. The list of cheater club members is a long and distinguished one!!
I love Sandra. I hate the fact she has to go through this problem. SHe will be even more famose after this personal issue.
Thanks for the link Two Story. That link has links to other stories that say Sandra Bullock is filing for divorce and that she has been advised that she could go for custody of Jame’s child. Unfortunately she was given bad legal advice. She has no chance in hell of getting custody of Jame’s child unless he and the mother want to give her custody. Some attorney’s will do anything to get extra money out of their client’s. Even give them bad advice. I would never give a client bad advice like that!

Well on that one Ed I guess the issue would be whether Jesse was separated and/or still living together with the ex pornstar when he started going with Sandra Bullock.
Because it so so difficult and expensive to get divorced in California, (you have to wait a minimum of 6 months from the time the Petition for Dissolution is served on the Respondent) many people continue to remain married here for years after they separate before they get divorced. It is real common out here.
If Jesse was having an affair with Sandra while he was married, and Sandra knew that would be a whole different story.
I guess we can all wait to find out; it looks like Jesse is screwed for the moment and Sandra is heart broken.
