On Veteran’s day, I had a minute to reminisce about my days in the United States Air Force.
I had this girlfriend at Sheppard A.F.B., Texas who loved the song “The House of the Rising Sun” by the Animals. She was a nurse in the nursing squadron.

Reminisce is the word Norm, I do it often. This song and so many others from that time period brings back memories like nothing else can. I can see my life as it was both the good and bad pass before me like a movie.
