It was more than two weeks after the accident. I guess maybe AZ was doing like Florida and putting their ducks in order!! I am glad AZ rushed the tox tests and now he is in jail where he belongs. I hope they did everything right. There was problems with how Lane’s blood tests were handled. Hence, the plea deal. I can only imagine how high the bail will be. This man is a flight risk!!
