I know this must have been traumatic for you and your wife. I deal with cases like this on a daily basis.

As I told you in my email, in this particular accident, the Toyota came upon a slow moving vehicle and went directly into the decedentÂ’s lane killing him. The accident was in no way the motorcycleÂ’s fault.

However, I will tell everyone to heed your advice with respect to being careful on the Ortega Highway. That stretch of road is a real meat grinder.

We were very very sorry the man was killed.In this case we were advised it was the driver’s fault. We wish that drivers and bikers would quit hot rodding on the narrow highway and not be in such a hurry. I know there are a lot of motorists who pay attention to the law however the few that don’t end up seriously injured ot killed.
