Ralph was my husbands best friend for 35 years. He was on his way to work. He lost his wife a year ago to a brain anurism. He is dearly loved and will be miseed. He is survived by his twins (8) and Son (11). rest in Peace my brother. We love you and you will forever live in our hearts and memories.

Unbelievable.
I've seen sooo many articles with this same situation.
Drivers turning left in front of motorcycles and I still
have not read that the driver was ever charged.
WHY is this?
