It has never been this cold in California. I have lived here my entire life except for my time in the Air Force, and away here and there on business.

I have lived in the Bay Area too. This weather is unreal. I am wondering if this is Global Warming or what?

I have been in the same situation, except with a back spasm. it seemed like I couldn't do anything that didn't aggravate the injury, even sitting still.

I have been paranoid about the below freezing temps up here in the Bay Area, I ride normally in a straight line, but slow way down for corners. Take it easy and don't push yourself. It is better to take it slow than hurt yourself again.
