Tom, after I broke in the seat it is just fine now. I have taken, and do take some very long trips now and the seat works much better than stock.

Trust me, it gets better!
Hello,

I recently purchased the Studded Pilow Ultra seat and could have written the exact same review as you. I am greatly disappointed in this seat considering the cost, I was hoping it would be better after a break in period but that has not been the case. My 13 year daughter and I recently tok a day trip of about 250 round trip, by the time I got back home the last 35 mile leg was painful for both of us.I did not like having to bend the front tongue to get the seat on at first and it has been downhill from there.

Hi Norm, Just found your blog....like it, thanks. Re: Mustang seat...bought mine Mod. # 78036 with passenger seat # 79112 over 2 years and 30,000 + miles ago for my FLHT .... can't say enough GOOD about it. Longest one day ride was more than 800 miles... everyone else but me were seriously complaining, I was envigorated. My lady love it too. Absolutely the best seat I've ever had in 40+ years of riding. Someone may make a better seat but, I don't need it. Roll Safely, Steve
