It’s best if we keep them on leashes that way we don’t ruin it for the rest of the pet owners by getting complaints and getting them banned from site and parks.

I guess the best bet is to keep your pet on a leash. I run into so many pet owners who think their dog is well trained and then they get shocked when their animal does something off the wall.

Without my knowledge, my brother asked an acquaintance to come over to our property to give a price for cleanup of our property. One of our dogs who is usually chained slipped out of his collar; this man ran and dog bite him in the stomach. I did not have prior knowledge that this man was coming onto my property. I have a Beware of Dog sign and a No Trepassing Sign on my front gate. I do not have an animal control or police report for this incident. Now, I am getting a letter from an attorney regarding this dog bite. I have no knowledge that anybody was bitten other than my brother's statement. I have not answered this attorney's letter as of yet. What rights do I have against this alledged dog bite incident?
