Also, this kind of accident may arrive sometimes, it&#039;s life, but the worst thing is that it loos like the car driver didn&#039;t stop at all - this is truely unbearable :(
I hope the rest of the video shows him going back and assist...

Having seen several of this kind of accident (or bad situations), my rule of thumb is that any vehicle can do an unexepected maneuver.
Considering this, I try to adapt my speed to other vehicles, like slowing down when closing on stopped or very slow vehicles (as soon as I detect them), never pass a slow vehicle too fast (he&#039;s maybe considering a turn, or hiding another vehicle), etc.
